RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund within 14 days from when your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we can not refund any shipping, taxes, duties, charges. Items must be returned in an unworn and saleable condition with original tags. Please contact email@example.com to obtain your returns authorisation quoting your order number and SKU code. We do not accept returns for "sale" items. The cost of shipping returns goods is the customer's responsibility and we regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. No return parcel marked “Freight on delivery” will be accepted.

If you would like to exchange an item, you must notify Harrison Wong via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from the date of delivery. You will receive a confirmation email within 2-4 working days when your product is accepted to exchange.
You can only exchange the same item in a different colour or size.
The exchanged product is accepted under the following conditions:
• Proof of purchase
• Item in perfect conditions, with the original labels and tags and their packaging.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.
If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process. In case of dispute, Harrison Wong’s decision shall be final and binding.
