At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the shipping cost of your order. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped. Please check the number of boxes delivered and make sure the package is not damaged in any way. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is shipped, not when it is placed.

In the store of your choice within 1-2 working days.
You can collect your order when you receive the confirmation email. Remember that the person who comes to collect the order needs to show the e-receipt.
Orders will be cancelled automatically with no refund if you choose to collect at Harrison Wong store then didn't collect your products one month after receiving the confirmation email.

2. Hong Kong and Macau shipping
Standard Shipping Fee is HKD 35/kg. Free Shipping is offered for purchase over HKD 2,000 in a single order. The delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the location processing time.
3. International shipping
Standard Shipping Fee is HKD 150. Free Shipping is offered for purchase over HKD 5,000 in a single order, excluding tax and duties (if applicable). The delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the location processing time.
TAXES & DUTIES
Prices quoted are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be taxed when the package reaches your destination country. Paying any customs duty, import taxes and duty charges are your responsibility, and the local authorities will hold your order until you have paid the charges. Once you have paid any charges, your online shop order will be delivered to you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be.
Please allow up to three business days (not including weekends or holidays) for us to process your order. Processing time is required so that we can review your order information and prepare it for shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your order is on its way, which also includes your tracking number.
